India's combined NSE + BSE MTF book rose ₹4,486 crore (7.9%) in February 2024 to ₹61,503 crore on 29 Feb 2024 — the 4th-largest monthly rise since tracking began, and 126.1% higher than a year earlier. It set a record ₹61,590 crore on 28 Feb 2024 before easing. The book grew on 15 of 21 sessions. HDFC Bank added the most, ₹312 crore.
