India's combined NSE + BSE MTF book fell ₹4,395 crore (7.1%) in March 2024 to ₹57,108 crore on 28 Mar 2024 — the largest monthly fall since tracking began, and 121.8% higher than a year earlier. The book grew on 7 of 19 sessions. HDFC Bank saw the largest unwind, ₹508 crore.
